The Lotus Perfectionist LTSCO500 brings air frying and convection cooking to the countertop. Five heating elements, adjustable controls, and circulating hot air support everyday cooking, while a temperature probe helps monitor food as it cooks.

Design and capacity

The interior accommodates most 9 x 13-inch dishes or a medium-sized whole chicken. Two sliding racks can be positioned at three heights. Interior lighting and a large viewing window let you check progress. The rack assembly and stainless steel cleaning tray can be removed for cleaning.
